At the heart of HERA Bathroom is a team of extraordinary women. Many of us are working mothers, navigating the delicate balance between careers, families, and homes. We understand the challenges because we live them every day. Over the years, these amazing women—some of whom have been with me for over a decade—have brought their ideas, experiences, and passion to the table.

Together, we have built more than just a brand. We have created something meaningful, something that addresses the struggles so many families face. HERA Bathroom is our way of giving back. We want to transform ordinary bathrooms into personal sanctuaries—spaces that provide calm, joy, and a touch of beauty in the midst of life’s busyness.

A Solution Born from Frustration

HERA Bathroom started with a personal challenge. Like many in Singapore, I struggled with a small, humid, and cluttered bathroom. But as a working mother, my bathroom was more than just a functional space. It was my sanctuary—a quiet retreat where I could start and end my day in peace.

I needed furniture that could withstand humidity, help me organise better, and still look beautiful. But I could not find anything that ticked all the boxes. I kept asking myself, Why can’t we have solutions that combine practicality and aesthetics?

I was determined to ensure that everyone could enjoy a beautiful, luxury bathroom, even in their HDB homes. I wanted to make high-end design accessible to the masses, transforming everyday bathrooms into spaces of luxury. That thought became my mission.

Learning by Doing

I was not a designer, but I had spent years manufacturing products for European clients. Working alongside some of the best bathroom brands in the world, I learned by observing—materials, craftsmanship, and the art of design.

One day, standing in my cluttered bathroom, I decided it was time to solve these problems myself. Everyone told me adding a bathtub to a small HDB bathroom was impossible. But I refused to accept that. I was determined to find a way.

The HERA Bathroom Difference

The HDB-friendly bathtub was one of the first products we created—a compact luxury designed for small spaces. Then came the waterproof, mix-and-match cabinets, offering elegant organisation for everyday living.

Each product came from a real need, shaped by personal experience and a deep understanding of what works in our homes.
